Raju Panchal shares  the history of the Seva Café, located at Zephyr’s in Long Beach, California, where Sunday evening dining takes on a whole new meaning.

All items at the Seva Café are intended to be served with love by volunteers, and are listed on the menu without any pricing. Every guest has the opportunity at the end of their meal to participate in the circle of giving by making a donation of any amount. All donations are used to pay for future guests’ meals.
